Does Your Organization Really Value Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?

Take the Inclusive Intelligence Test (IIT) and find out.

What is The Inclusive Intelligence Test

The inclusive intelligence test is a scientifically-based survey administered to members of your organization to capture an understanding of how your organization and its team members are dealing with unconscious bias and what they think about your organization’s culture as it relates to inclusivity.

Why the Inclusive Intelligence Test?

The Inclusive Intelligence Test allows organizations to understand how open and inclusive their teams are and allows for the design of responsive initiatives that will address the identified needs.

Results of the test help maximize your diversity, equity and inclusion training initiatives so that you only target areas of need.

The Inclusive Intelligence Test allows entire teams to have a voice. Their ideas, beliefs and experiences are then used to help guide the evolution of your organization and how it embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. So, instead of guessing about your organization’s needs, your diversity, equity and inclusion work can actually be guided by real information straight from your team.

How the Inclusive Intelligence Test Works

Using a bank of standard questions that have been vetted and scientifically measured and tested, the Inclusive Intelligence Test is customized for each organization.

The architects of the Inclusive Intelligence Test, who are experts in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion, work with you to customize the test to ensure ease of completion and responsiveness to specific target areas.

A tailored message about the test, with instructions and an explanation of its purpose, is then crafted with you and accompanies the test, which is delivered – in most cases – electronically to designated members of your organization.

We collect and analyze the data and then prepare a written report and also schedule a call to discuss the findings and next possible steps with selected members of your team. In the report we compile, we will offer recommendations for you to consider for how to address areas of identified need or weakness. We will also help you with strategies for celebrating your areas of strength concerning diversity, equity and inclusion.

Once decisions are made about how – and if – you seek to take further steps with specific initiatives or training, we will then offer a follow-up Inclusive Intelligence Test to measure any change.

The History, Science and Philosophy of the Inclusive Intelligence Test

The Inclusive Intelligence Test is adapted from the New IQ, a tool for measuring inclusivity that was developed for numerous federal agencies.

The New IQ, developed by the Federal Office of Personnel Management, in consultation with researchers and others, was used throughout many federal agencies for measuring levels of inclusivity and overall job satisfaction.
